Community members are invited to attend a town hall hosted by Rep. Cathy Jo Loy, R-Carthage, on Thursday, August 21, at Carthage Memorial Hall, located at 407 S Garrison Ave, Carthage, MO.
Doors will open at 6:00 p.m., with the town hall scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. The event is open to the public and aims to provide an opportunity for constituents to hear from Loy and discuss a range of pressing local and state issues.
Topics on the agenda will include, but are not limited to:
· Proposition A
· Initiative Petition (IP) Reform
· Education
· Taxes
· Amendment 3
Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions and engage in open dialogue on these and other matters affecting the region.
