The McDonald County Prosecuting Attorney's office has charged three people with financial exploitation of an elderly person.
The August 21 Turner Report detailed charges against Crystal L. Gentry (DOB 1974) who allegedly was exploiting her father. Also charged was her daughter, Rachel Icenogle (DOB 1994).
McDonald County Circuit Court online records indicate Icenogle's husband, Zachary B. Icenogle (D.OB 1996) was charged with financial exploitation of the elderly for allegedly convincing the man, who suffers from dementia and Alzheimer's to sell his 28 acres of property for $10.
According to the probable cause statement, the man had no memory of the sale and still believed he owned the property.
Misdemeanor elder abuse charges have been filed against Gentry and Rachel Icenogle.

Crystal L. Gentry, Rachel Icenogle, and Zachary B. Icenogle and anyone who commits elder abuse should all be left in jail to rot for these crimes.
Please if you haven't and are getting up in age, setup a Will or Trust - with your Wishes and a Medical Power of Attorney and Durable Power of Attorney so that you are not taken advantage of when you get older and face Medical and Financial Issues.
No we did not sit back and do nothing ur precious little Crystal kept us away she changed his number and numerous made threats to rid the world of me she brought this on herself so take it little comments and hush .. dad is now going Drs and getting back on his meds and his feet are being cared for and don't get me started on how she said he's feet were good and didn't need a podiatrist I have proof they were not good and that he did need a podiatrist just glad we got him out of there when we did ...it takes an evil person to trick a man w dementia to give them his property he worked so hard for and then brag about it ...then lies to lawyer that they were his care giver well doin that just put themselves n the hit seat ...now take ur opinions and go back to where u came from

Crazy how the truth is coming out ladena and Cynthia dont even care about that man. Ronald is finally safe and healthy. Lets see what happens next!
