Brian Ayala-Garcia, 32, Reeds, pleaded not guilty during his arraignment this morning in Jasper County Circuit Court on three counts of statutory rape, three counts of statutory sodomy and a single count of enticement of a child, with all of the cases involving a 14-year-old girl.
Garcia is being held without bond in the Jasper County Detention Center. A bond review hearing is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. Wednesday before Judge John Nicholas.

No bond or an extremely high bond. Keep him in jail and protect the juvenile and all other juveniles.
Brian Ayala-Garcia, is a sick and perverted pedophile and needs to see the rest of his life from behind bars.
