Monroe Street laundry cited by Democrat blog

About two and a half hours ago, John Charles Carter on the Fired Up Missouri website noted that the money laundering being done by legislative district committees as they funnel money into candidates' campaigns seems to center around 320 Monroe Street, St. Charles, the home of The Republican 2nd Senatorial District Committee, the Republican 12th Legislative District Committee, the Republican 14th Legislative District Committee, the Republican 15th Legislative District Committee, the Republican 16th District Committee, the Republican 17th District Committee, the Republican 18th District Committee, the Republican 19th District Committee, the Republican 23rd District Committee, and the Republican 89th District Committee.
Regular readers of The Turner Report will remember that I linked those committees to $15,000 in cash received by Rep. Marilyn Ruestman, R-Joplin, on Dec. 29 and 30, 2005.
That $15,000 was out of $20,870 she reported receiving during the final three months of 2005. Another $3,870 came from other legislative committees. The rest came from PACs, except for her only local contribution, $200 from Jasper County Republican heavyweight Nick Myers.

What a joke on us.

On top of everything else they've done, the family values crowd are the most corrupt bunch of politicians I've ever seen.
