The arraignment for Eric Feltner, 40, former chief of staff to Lt. Gov. Peter Kinder, on a misdemeanor sex charge, is scheduled for 1 p.m. today in Cole County Circuit Court.
Feltner is charged with two counts of attempting to furnish pornographic material to a minor. Feltner resigned after the charges became public.
