Big gun Sen. Brian Nieves offers sharp shooter and sniper prizes to campaign contributors

Sen. Brian Nieves, R-Washington, will have a chance sometime this week, perhaps today, to vote to override Gov. Jay Nixon's veto of HB 436, which would prohibit enforcement of federal gun laws in Missouri and would make it a crime to publish the name of someone who owns a gun, even if that gun was used in the commission of a crime.

Nieves is holding a Second Amendment campaign fundraiser, which is spelled out in this Facebook event invitation he sent out earlier this month:

Randy......

I live in Pacific, MO. My representative is Tim Jones who recently has been under some scrutiny for a side business he runs while being Speaker. My senator is Brian Nieves who brags he is armed 90% of the time and I do believe he beat up that kid thatcame to his office and did pull a gun on him. I think Brian his wife and Dave Bailey lied about the incident. I drove past Brian's used car dealershiphis Dad runs in Pacific a day or so after the incident and saw Brian pacing and talking on a cell phone outside. I am no mind reader but you know that SOB looked worried and guilty to me. Now, why in the world would a guy like me that thinks it is Ok to have a gun in your house to protect your family be worried? It is simply because these people that have been elected to represent me I think are gaming the system and acting like they just represent THEIR OWN interests. I have the right to a life. I have a right to representation. I can't see that I'm getting anything for my pay to these guys but just grifters.I think we need to throw out the extremeists on both sides of the isle and get back to doing real stuff rather than crazy stuff. We PAY for these guys salaries!

Someday when they share a room in Hell, Brian Nieves and George zimmerman can discuss who got away with the most lies and the worst lies. Well...they can do that until they are joined by Tim Jones. Then he and Brian can argue over who got the most Rex Sinquefield money and passed the most injurious bills to citizens pushed by ALEC. Then Rex Sinquefield can come in and explain why since he was raised by a Catholic charity he set out to hurt people that needed help. All these guys I bet pray to Jesus. They better pray they never SEE Jesus. Curtman too.
