Speaker of the House Tim Jones gets in his usual dig at the media, saying that the vetoes by Gov. Jay Nixon that were overridden "may not have been the ones the media" were talking about. That is an interesting statement since HB 253 and HB 436, the Nixon vetoes that were sustained, were just about all Jones and many of his GOP colleagues had been talking about for weeks. That is definitely what I would call spin.
