Jeremiah Cook tabbed as Hometown Today co-host
Judging by the addition of his photo and name to the opening credits, Jeremiah Cook has slid into the weather position alongside Toni Valliere at KSN's Hometown Today. Tuesday was the last day for Lucas McDonald, who has held the weather and co-host position since 2004.
Cook has plenty of experience, filling in for Ms. Valliere during her leave last year. He has filled in on numerous other occasions. Cook is a Missouri Southern State University graduate and has been at KSN since 1999.

OH......he drives me nuts!!!!! Maybe they'll find someone else!
He's a nice guy. Not necessarily a strong on-air personality, but a nice guy none the less.
I spoke with Lucas yesterday, and he stated he thought it was only temporary. Not hard to change the opening, especially since they couldn't use Lucas' info anymore.
I expect to see someone else in the spot when they can hire someone with some personality.
I didn't mean he wasn't a good guy, I'm sure he is, but his on-air presence just drives me nuts! I think most of it is the mono-tone voice....
Good, its not just me that feels that way then......
