Delaware Senator Joe Biden, speaking at this very moment, has become the second victim of tonight's Iowa caucuses, and is announcing his departure from the race. Biden received only one percent of the vote.
Behind the big three of Obama, Edwards, and Clinton, Bill Richardson had two percent, Biden one percent, and Chris odd, who has also dropped out, and Rep. Dennis Kuninich did not receive any delegates.
