Nexstar Broadcasting, while still quite a bit under the lofty $14.98 per share its stock was bringing eight months ago, bounced back Wednesday, jumping 48 cents to $8.55 per share at the close of trading. Nexstar owns or operates KSNF and KODE in Joplin and KSFX and KOLR in Springfiel.
Saga Communications, on the other hand, took another dip Wednesday, closing at $5.90 per share, down 20 cents. Saga owns and operates KOAM and KFJX in the Joplin/Pittsburg market.
