Jasper County Eastern District Commissioner candidate Craig Putnam raised $8,600 during the final quarter, according to his disclosure report filed Thursday with the Missouri Ethics Commission.
Putnam spent $8,296.52, leaving him with $303.18 in the bank at the end of the reporting period.

The Putnam campaign raised $1,865 at an fundraiser at Frank Bartosh's place in Carthage, according to the report, including $750 "cash in a jar."
The campaign's biggest expenditure, $3,087, went to Dynamic Signs and Graphix, Carthage.
Putnam recently received the endorsements of John Bartosh, Jasper County presiding commissioner; and Sheriff Archie Dunn.
