The sun is shining; the temperatures are slightly cooler than usual for this time of the year. I keep expecting a news release from Gov. Matt Blunt taking credit for it.
The governor's office continues to send out news releases extolling the governor's accomplishments (or claimed accomplishments) at a record rate, including a few more this morning.
Did I miss something or is Gov. Blunt running for something. I thought he had accomplished everything he had set out to do.
