In a statement issued following President Obama's State of the Union address, Sen. Roy Blunt said the president's proposal to pay for two years of community college for all Americans is not going to happen.
"There is no chance his $60 billion proposal will happen," Blunt said. The senator noted that Missouri is already ahead of the game with its A+ program and allowing students who receive Pell grants to attend community colleges free of charge.
