In  week when most of the conversation on the Turner Report was focused on the firing of former Joplin City Manager Mark Rohr and the resignation of Joplin R-8 Director of Communications Kelli Price, the most visited post came just yesterday, courtesy of R-8 HR Director and former Webb City Superintendent Ron Lankford's assessment of how Webb City and Carl Junction school districts pulled so far ahead of Joplin.
