Homewood Suites Breakfast, 2642 E. 32nd Street, failed a Joplin Health Department inspection, according to information posted today on the department website.
The inspection included two priority violations and one core violation.
The priority violations were for water temperature in the mechanical warewashing equipment at only 115 degrees and for having salsa, shredded cheese and oatmilk overnight oats on buffet cold head above 41 degrees.
The core violation was for having a wiping cloth observed lying on the preparation table.
