A Webb City woman pleaded not guilty during her arraignment today in Jasper County Circuit Court to charges of driving while intoxicated, aggravated fleeing a stop or detention, property damage and misuse of 9-1-1, all felonies, in connection with a 25-mile pursuit Thursday.
Helen Kay Stark, 36, is being held on a $25,000 bond, cash or surety. A bond modification hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 29.
