Pho Saigon Vietnamese Noodle & Grill, 2640 E. 32nd Street, which failed a Joplin Health Department inspection July 1, failed its reinspection Thursday, according to information posted on the department website.
One priority violation and two core violations were noted.
The priority violation was for having chlorine sanitizer dispensed and applied at less than 50 ppm chlorine in the dish machine.
The core violations were for having a heavily rusted grease trap below the dish machine and for having raw lumber that is not smooth used for cabinets, shelves and tables in the drink and kitchen areas.
During the July 1 inspection, the restaurant was cited for five priority violations and eight core violations.
