A bond modification hearing is scheduled Wednesday in Jasper County Circuit Court for a Neosho man who allegedly stole two air conditioning units from Lowe's in Joplin June 23 and two more from Lowe's in Carthage July 8.
Andrew Devon Antonio Parker (DOB 1997) faces felony stealing charges for both stores.
On Friday, the Barry County Prosecuting Attorney charged Parker with stealing two air conditioning units from Lowe's in Monett July 2. He had already been charged with two stealing two air conditioning units from the same store June 8 and was already facing charges for allegedly stealing items from the Monett Walmart January 6.
The probable cause statements in all five cases say Parker put the A. C. units in a shopping cart in each store, went past all checkpoints, loaded them in a vehicle and drove off.
In each case, the statements said, his actions were captured on surveillance video.
