They all make to much.

Superintendent isn't skilled labor. Reduce all of their pay to no more than the highest TEACHER salary subordinate to them.

Funny and Missouri still Ranks 31st in Education in the United States and the United States still Ranks 13th in Education in the World.

Throwing Money at any Problem is never the Solution especially when it has anything to do with Government Agencies or Affiliations -

The ignorance expressed in these comments is likely why Missouri education ranks so low, not superintendent salary. First, anonymous one, it is "too much," not "to much." Perhaps your superintendent wasn't paid enough to supervise your teachers, who in turn did not teach you grammar. In every career path, there are those admins who do not do great work, but then again, there are line workers that are terrible as well. Stop your jealousy, get as much education and experience as most of these admins, and make something of yourself. Your jealousies are unbecoming, and you are only making fools of yourselves.
