State treasurer to be in Joplin today
State Treasurer Clint Zweifel will be in Joplin today to discuss his Invest in Missouri plan.
Zweifel is scheduled to have a news conference 1:30 p.m. at The Botany Shop, 710 Minnesota Avenue.
