The involuntary manslaughter trial for Brandon Wayne Kahl, 26, Golden City, who is charged with causing the death of two-year-old Alexander Cole in Lamar on June 7, 2005, is scheduled for Sept. 7, according to Barton County Circuit Court records.
The trial had originally been scheduled for April 18. Kahl is free on $15,000 bond.

I belive it has been moved again to december 14th according to the court records.
Does anyone know what ever happened with Brandon? I am aware that he had a child and the little girl was taken by CPS due to verified abuse. Has someone given him what he deserves yet or is he going to keep procreating and abusing children??
