According to Missouri Ethics Commission documents posted today, Andrew Blunt, who represents a client list that includes AT&T, Burlington Northern, Miller Brewing, Missouri Hospital Association, Ticketmaster, and United Parcel Service, among others, did not spend a cent on behalf of his client. In fact, he has filed a no-expenditure report each month since his older brother, Matt Blunt, became governor in January 2005.
How does he do it?

I see you post this a lot, Randy, but I don't really see the point.
Are you pointing out the Governor's brother may wield some influence over him? I have no doubt that's true.
