John McCain just issued a powerful statement concerning Al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden. "I know how to get him and I will get him."
The statement came after moderator Chris Wallace attempted to get McCain and Mitt Romney to go at each other concerning who could more effectively bring change.
"Washington is fundamentally broken," Romney said, adding that his experience as an executive, in the private sector, as head of the Salt Lake City Olympics, and as governor of Massachusetts could help him bring about change better than someone who makes change making deals in the Senate cloak room.
Romney characterized the Iowa caucuses as showing that the voters agree with him, since they opted for two governors, Mike Huckabee and himself, instead of senators or former senators like McCain and Fred Thompson.
Thompson took a different tack, noting that the change that everyone has been talking about is not what the nation needs, adding that change takes place everytime someone new is elected. "What is more important is leadership."
