A WIND CHILL ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST TODAY. * TIMING AND AREAS AFFECTED...A WIND CHILL ADVISORY CONTINUES THROUGH NOON FOR ALL OF THE MISSOURI OZARKS AND EXTREME SOUTHEASTERN KANSAS. * WIND CHILL VALUES...WIND CHILLS BETWEEN 10 AND 20 DEGREES BELOW ZERO WILL CONTINUE THIS MORNING. * IMPACTS...VERY COLD TEMPERATURES WILL RESULT IN A RISK FOR FROSTBITE AND HYPOTHERMIA FOR ANYONE WITHOUT PROPER SHELTER. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG WINDS WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE LOW WIND CHILLS.
