I'm not sure, but if the council's previous track record is any indication, Joplin will be the proud owner of a handful of magic beans for the low price of six million dollars.

Will there be loud shouting that can be heard through closed doors again? Gee, what could they possibly have to argue about? Hmm...It's going to be a long, hot summer in Joplin.
Part of the grant money was allocated to pay someone to ensure the grant money was spent correctly, Deloitte is doing that.
