Final probation revocation hearing set for Joplin man, convicted on child pornography charge in 2015

The final probation revocation hearing for a Joplin man is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. April 4 in U. S. District Court in Springfield.

 Frank Ness, 54, was on probation after pleading guilty to child pornography charges in 2015 and serving approximately eight years in prison. Court records do not indicate the nature of Ness' probation violation.

When will our Society realize that you cannot Reform Criminals, especially Pedophiles. Frank Ness, was in jail for Eight Years - and comes out and back to his Sick and Perverted actions.

Can our Society Stop being so PC (Politically Correct) and understand that you cannot change someone - No matter how many Rose-Colored Glasses you look through.
