The allegations against Gentry (DOB 1974) are detailed in the probable cause statement:
The reporting person also stated monies were being taken from {the victim's} bank account by the suspect.
I observed the victim sitting in his recliner, while roaches and bugs crawled throughout the residence. The victim had dirty, dingy clothes. The victim had greasy hair and had a stench to his person, seeming like he had not been bathed in some time.
According to medical records, the victim had COPE, dementia, Alzheimer's, he was a diabetic and had an issue with his foot due to the diabetes that required medical attention.
After reviewing the victim's medical records, it appears he had not been seen for his condition in approximately 1 to 2 years. The reporting person stated his account was overdrawn $408 to $700 every month after the monies had been spent.
The reporting person stated the suspect was the only person in possession of the victim's debit card. The victim cannot drive, nor does he leave the residence.
The probable cause statement notes that Gentry has a "lengthy history of theft, carrying a weapon and drug possession charges."
Icenogle's probable cause statement alleges she stole the 28 acres of land the man owned, convincing him to sell her his land for $10. When he was interviewed by a McDonald County deputy he was unaware of the sale and he said he owned the land.
After speaking with the victim, he was unable to provide the correct year or who the president was. The victim did not seem to be of sound mind.

So this what humanity has come to? Stealing from our own flesh and blood and not providing the most basic needs for our parent? May God have mercy on all of us.
My nephew trick my parents into signing deeds and we are now trying to get it back. You can’t trust the younger generations anymore!
