Which governor could it be?

It has been KSN's habit for years to use the adjective four-state to nearly every story it runs. Apparently, that practice extends to the internet, as well.
The website has a story today about Governor Matt Blunt coming to Joplin to sign the sexual predator bill. The brief blurb on the homepage says, "A four state Governor makes a stop in Joplin to sign a bill that will protect children from sexual predators."
Now which four-state governor would come to Joplin to sign a bill? Would it be that difficult to say Missouri governor or Missouri Governor Matt Blunt? Four state seems a bit silly.

Should'nt it be the three-states, get real most people in NW Arkansas do not watch Joplin media, for local news. They have their own TV stations out of Rogers and Fayettville. Plus KSN rarely covers an Arkansas news story unless its Wal-Mart related. "A four state author was seen at a four state store signing autographs for four states buyers from his new book covering somewhere fictiously in the four states"............

KSN uses the term "Four-States" about 600 times in every one of their newscasts, it's a joke.
The reason they do that is because they have no creative writers, it's easy to write "four-states" in your scripts and be done with it.
