Barton County Memorial Hospital embezzler's payment review hearing postponed for 20th time

The newest payment review hearing date for convicted Barton County Memorial Hospital embezzler Kimberly Schlup is scheduled for 9 a.m. March 7 in Cedar County Circuit Court.
The new date was made necessary for Ms. Schlup postponed the latest hearing on Monday, making it 20 times with still no payment review ever held since she was sentenced on March 27, 2006. Ms. Schlup entered an Alford plea, meaning she was not pleading guilty but conceded she would have been convicted had she gone to trial. She was charged with stealing $100,085 from the hospital during her tenure as finance director.

Court records do not indicate she has paid a cent since her sentencing on March 27, 2006.
Ms. Schlup spent four months in prison as shock time and then was released.

please, please. something needs to be done about this. Does anyone know that this woman just returned from vacationing on padre island(sp) She will postpone this til the courts forget about it and the records are forgotten. She needs to be brought to justice. Tell her she can't postpone anymore. Make her face her day in court. Doesn't anyone care? she is a thief who has gotten awqy with her crime
