Former McDonald County deputy Jacob Boles, Powell, waived his arraignment today in McDonald County Circuit Court and pleaded not guilty to two statutory sodomy charges.
Boles, who was the deputy who located nine-year-old Rowan Ford's body in November, is scheduled to have a pre-trial conference April 1.
