Richard meets with Sinquefield, St. Louis business leaders

Jo Mannies reports in St. Louis Post-Dispatch's Political Fix that Rep. Ron Richard, R-Joplin, the Speaker of the House in waiting, met Friday with billionaire voucher supporter Rex Sinquefield and St. Louis business leaders "to discuss economic growth, transportation and a host of other issues facing the state." The post continues:

Among those visited by the soon-to-be-speaker were Stifel’s Joe Schlafly, AT&T’s Deborah Hollingsworth, prominent businessman and philanthropistRex Sinequefield, Grand Center’s (former Mayor) Vince Schoemehl, Kim Tucci of the CVC Board and the Pasta House, and Jack Schreiber, president of Commerce Bank. The visits were an opportunity to hear the concerns and ideas of local business leaders.”
