Wow - Our Schools seem to be losing more and more Teachers. Yet our Politicians, Administrators and John-Q-Public, have no concepts or plans on how to handle this epic problem of burnout and loss of this essential workforce.

Teachers have Thank-Less Jobs, Low Wages, Lack of Funding, Student Violence and Behavioral Issues, Demands by Administrators and School Administrators. Parents who Blame Teachers, because their Kids can't read, but use the Schools as Baby-Sitters, instead of being involved and working with their kids to help them develop skills and in their Behavioral Issues.

This is a Problem that we must find a solution to - the Retention of Teachers and the Future Lack of Individuals going into this Career is become a daunting problem.

So everyone needs to Stop putting their heads in the Sand - this Problem will continue an is not going away.

Can you ever show anyone or anything respect, what a small trivial and pitiful life in which you lead, with your continual negative and idiot comments.
