* WINDS AND VISIBILITY... WIND GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH MAY CAUSE BLOWING AND DRIFTING OF SNOW. HEAVIER SNOW MAY REDUCE THE VISIBILITY DOWN TO LESS THAN HALF A MILE AT TIMES.
