The design and pre-press work is also done in-house for the shopper and other publications. The shopper is printed in Neosho, and niche publications go to a variety of outside printing facilities. While the new building is up and operational, Elliot said the parking lot isn’t complete yet, and the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new building probably won’t be held until later in March. But a new issue of the Big Nickel will be produced this week out of the new building.
