The book, which details the East Middle School story from the May 22, 2011, Joplin Tornado, which destroyed the EMS building, through the first year in our warehouse school, has been ranked number one in the Amazon rankings for "Student Life" books for the past two days.
Stories in the book were written by current EMS eighth graders, one seventh grader, and several Joplin High School freshmen.
The book is also available in a paperback version. Advertisements for both versions are featured on the upper right hand corner of this page.
