Blunt: I support Trump (but he's not going to the convention)

During a stop in Marshfield, Sen. Roy Blunt said he supports presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump, but he does not plan to attend the national convention in Cleveland.

In the accompanying report from KY3, Blunt talks about meeting with Trump six weeks ago.

Well, that is peachy that ol' Roy supports Trump. And what does he have to bring to the table other than the same old stuff that Long and other republicans have been feeding the electorate which originates in the halls of ALEC. He went from a net worth of $500,000 in 2005 to one of over 3 million in 2008 which is about the time he pushed for ethanol to be added to our gasoline. He is as all politicians in the pocket of big business with little or no regard for the private citizen. They, our legislators have spent over $20 million on Benghazi reports over three people hired, think mercenaries, to protect our embassy, which was not an embassy, and the loss of one state dept. employee. How about the fact that we lose from two to probably 4 military personnel each day with little fanfare over their loss except from family and friends. Where is that outrage over the people that decided it was in "our" best interest to pursue a war in the Middle East to protect big oil. Sorry, but little faith exists in our elected official, state, federal and local anymore. I long for the good old days of college students protesting and wanting some change versus their defeated attitude that things cannot be changed.

Don't forget you also live in a country in which the National Guard kills college students for protesting on campus.

Every time I see that grin on his face I wonder if he knows where Steely Dan III from Yokohama ended up.

Or where Buffalo Bob is buried.
