The hearing, originally scheduled for Thursday, April 13, will be held Monday, May 1, according to Jasper County Circuit Court online records. May 1 will be nearly six weeks after Jasper County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Nate Dally filed a motion to have Mohr's bond revoked after the Carthage Police Department arrested Mohr for driving under the influence of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Mohr is awaiting trial on multiple felony charges, including possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, distribution of heroin, possession of alprazolam with intent to distribute, receiving stolen property, two counts of possession of methamphetamine, possession of Dilaudid 5 and possession of methadone.
The May 1 hearing will be held in Judge David Mouton's courtroom. Over the objection of the prosecutor's office at a November 4 hearing, Mouton reduced Mohr's bond to $5,000 surety.
In the motion he filed for bond reduction, Mohr's attorney, Jonathan Pierce, said his client has been accepted into Lazarus House, a Christian-based recovery center that deals with alcohol and drug abuse, including methamphetamines.
In addition to the numerous felony charges against him, Mohr has also been arrested for armed robbery three times. On two of the occasions, both in Carthage, former Jasper County Prosecuting Attorney Dean Dankelson dropped the charges. In the third case, a reported armed robbery at 7th and Moffet in Joplin in August, no charges were ever filed.

Did you see where he got married a few weeks ago? It was in one of your Jasper County Marriage License posts. Sounds like he's turning his life around. If he has a kid, they should name him Duece.
