Government withdraws detention motion; Webb City man released on his own recognizance


During a detention hearing this morning in U. S. District Court in Springfield, the government withdrew its detention motion for a Webb City man charged with receiving and distributing child pornography.

Magistrate Judge David P. Rush released Charles Blake Tyler, 47, on his own recognizance.

Tyler was arraigned and entered a not guilty plea. 

The hearing lasted four minutes, according to court records.

How is this possible? Authorities found thousands of files on his computer. Why was he released?????

this is wrong he's still in, but in christian Co instead of green co, wasn't released
