Brunner announces for governor, stresses ethics reform

(From the John Brunner campaign)

John Brunner this morning announced his candidacy for Missouri Governor with the release of a video of a campaign speech, launching a unique digital-led, multi-platform official campaign announcement. The campaign is releasing the announcement Monday morning through multiple digital platforms including mobile, social, and web media to supporters, in addition to traditional media. Full video and text from Brunner’s speech, as well as audio actualities, will be distributed to media later Monday morning.
The video “John Brunner for Governor” includes clips from a speech filmed Sunday evening at a private event in St. Louis with over 200 supporters in attendance.
“Our tremendous supporters are engaged and excited for the next phase in the campaign. Our ultimate goal with this launch is to provide greater access and more content to members of the media, and also offer Missouri Republicans an alternative to the traditional announcements we have often seen from candidates for Governor. Stay tuned for the release of additional content both today and throughout this week,” Deputy Campaign Manager Mike Hafner said.
