Carin Sue Timmerman, 50, was originally charged with multiple felonies in connection with several incidents in which she drugged and raped a 16-year-old boy, but the other felonies were dropped as part of the plea agreement.
The probable cause statement said Timmerman molested the boy three times, twice by crushing Benedryl tablets in his drink which left the boy in a daze and the third time fondling him while he was sleeping. The crimes took place between August 15, 2012, and May 24, 2013.
