Rohr loses out on Florida city manager position

Former Joplin city manager Mark Rohr, who was one of four finalists for the same position in Destin, Florida, did not land the job.

At its Monday night meeting, the Destin City Council selected the interim city manager and former parks and recreation director Lance Johnson for the position.



Rorh was Joplin city manager from 2004 to 2014 and served two years as city manager in League City, Texas.

Maybe if he would sue a few more employing cities, his prospects would improve?
