Rasty Kiris' plea hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. before Judge Gayle Crane.
Court documents indicate Kiris allegedly raped and sodomized a 12-year-old Joplin girl multiple times between June and August of 2017.
He was arrested by the Joplin Police Department.
Kiris has been held in the Jasper County Jail since October 19, 2017, on $200,000 bond.
