Following a hearing this morning in Circuit Court in St. Louis, Judge Michael Stelzer has taken Planned Parenthood's request for a permanent injunction keeping a St. Louis abortion clinic, the only one remaining in the state, open.
The clinic's license expired Friday, but it remains open thanks to a temporary injunction issued Friday by Stelzer.
