C.B. 20-48 - An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement between the City of Carthage, Missouri and the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission for a Traffic Engineering Assistance Program Agreement for an Intersection study at River Street and Fir Road in the City of Carthage.
