Newton County reports 32 new COVID-19 cases

The Newton County Health Department reported 32 cases of COVID-19 Thursday, putting the total at 1,357.

The new cases raised the number of people who are in isolation from 191 to 223.

The number hospitalized remained at four.

The number of deaths remained at 20.

The statistics do not include the portion of Jasper County that is located in the Joplin city limits.
