Missouri passes 2,000 COVID-19 deaths as 69 more recorded, hospitalization numbers reach all-time high

 

The state of Missouri entered today six deaths shy of 2,000.

With the addition of 69 deaths, that mark is shattered putting the state's total at 2,063.

Missouri confirmed 1,716 new cases, increasing the count to 122,014.

The state established a new high for the number of people who are hospitalized with 1,101, surpassing the previous high of 1,068 set Friday.

The percentage of positive COVID-19 tests remained at 11.8
