(From the Springfield-Greene County Health Department)The Springfield-Greene County Health Department is saddened to announce the death of one Greene County resident from COVID-19.
Our community lost:
A woman in her 80s
The Health Department extends our condolences to everyone impacted by this loss.
Nineteen deaths have been reported by the Health Department in November. A total of 173 Greene County residents have died from COVID-19.
As of this morning, there were 189 COVID-19 positive individuals hospitalized at either CoxHealth or Mercy Hospital Springfield. 64 of those individuals are Greene County residents.
