The execution of a search warrant by the Ozarks Drug Enforcement Team and Joplin Police Department at a residence in North Quail Valley Loop, Joplin, Tuesday led to the arrest of a Joplin woman and the confiscation of cocaine and seven weapons.
The Jasper County Prosecuting Attorney's office filed first degree drug trafficking and unlawful use of a weapon charges this morning against Misty Dawn Fleming, 39. An arrest warrant was issued with bond set at $10,000 cash or surety.
From the probable cause statement:
When the warrant was served, Misty Fleming was detained and identified as a renter/resident. Inside Fleming's shared bedroom, seven firearms, forty-one grams of powder cocaine and over two hundred grams of marijuana were located.
Also found in the bedroom were multiple narcotics sales bags, scales and items to mix and package drugs for sales.
The firearms were identified as follows, Diamondback AR-15 rifle (DB1702280), Bushmaster AR-15 rifle (LBM52993), Mossberg bolt action .22 rifle (No Serial Number), Ithica lever action .22 rifle (490401409), Glock 19 9mm pistol (CAXZ618), Smith and Wesson M&P .380 pistol (NFK6268) and IJ Target .22 revolver (N32649).

Misty Dawn Fleming, Drugs (Cocaine and Marijuana), Distribution Equipment, and Seven Guns, including AR-15's and only a $10,000 Bond. OMG, what does she have to do get a "Get Out of Jail Free Card". We have to Stop being Soft on Criminals!
With that many Drugs, should the Locals have called in the Feds, who offer stiffer Penalties and Bond Amounts?

Marijuana is legal if you follow the Laws and Guidelines in the State of Missouri. She was clearly in the Distribution of Drugs -
Possession of 35 grams or less (but more than 10 grams) is a class A misdemeanor. 35 grams is about 1 ¼ ounces. Possession of more than 35 grams is a felony.
Recreational consumers are allowed to possess up to 3 ounces / 85-Grams of marijuana flower or an equivalent, in any setting. Adults over 21 can purchase up to 3 ounces of cannabis at a time. Medical patients are allowed 6 ounces of cannabis per 30 day period. Plus she would have needed to have a Paid Receipt showing Taxes Paid on the Marijuana - from a Legal Dispensary, if not she is in Violation of the Law.

So I get it it’s your blog it’s your rules but I sure find this interesting that when you apparently agree with it, it seems ok sure resembles “fake news” to me, but who knows I assume you could have overlooked it on accident, we all make mistake's.
