The McDonald County Prosecuting Attorney filed a first degree endangering the welfare of a child charge against a Noel man.
According to the probable cause statement, Mardam Albert, (DOB 1963) kissed a 3-year-old on the lips and gave her money not to tell anyone.
Mardam's bond was set at $1,500 cash only.
The case was investigated by the McDonald County Sheriff's Office.

I for one am glad he puts out these overlooked stories about local pedos. We all know the courts will never do anything to punish them so at least their names are put on blast to a few thousand people on here.
Yes, we seem to have an overabundance of Sick, Twisted, and Perverted Local Individuals. Anyone that hurts an Innocent Child does not deserve to be amongst us in our Society. Stop Feeling Sorry for these Criminals and Feel Sorry for the Victims.

Do you believe Atheist or People that Reject God/Christ as 5:22 or 6:23 get a free ride into heaven?
