Apparently, either Mike Carter didn't irritate some Missourians as much as he irritated me, or his robocalls didn't reach everyone in the state.
Sam Page has a comfortable lead in the Democratic race for lieutenant governor with 31 percent of the vote, but Carter is in second place, with 18.9 percent.
